A New Stage for the Ecosystem
The KIYOSITO ecosystem was born in an experimental context.
During the KIYOSITO ITO 1 phase, the project went through different stages of development, technological validation, community growth, and adoption testing. As happens in virtually every emerging project, different mechanisms were used to distribute tokens across promotional, service-related, and other historical distribution contexts tied to the expansion of the initiative.
Over that period, some wallet positions originated from economic acquisitions. Others resulted from service agreements, community programs, promotional initiatives, or outreach actions. This history is part of the project’s construction and should not be interpreted as an error or anomaly. It represents the natural evolution of a system in its discovery phase.
The Challenge of Maturity
As the ecosystem evolves, new demands emerge.
Infrastructures aimed at research, quantitative intelligence, advanced computing, and new cryptographic technologies require a distribution model compatible with their operational requirements and utility-oriented purpose.
In this context, it became necessary to distinguish between the historical distribution of the token and the operational structure intended to support future services within the ecosystem.
The objective of KIYOSITO 2.0 is not to rewrite the project’s history.
The objective is to establish a utility-oriented operational framework better suited to the current stage of the ecosystem.
From Historical Distribution to Migration Criteria
The historical distribution of an asset records past events.
It does not necessarily reflect the operational requirements and utility-oriented structure intended for KIYOSITO 2.0.
For that reason, the migration to KIYOSITO 2.0 was not designed as a simple automatic contract replacement.
The migration program was structured to evaluate the origin and qualification of historical token positions according to published migration criteria.
The intention is not to review the past.
The intention is to establish a consistent operational foundation for future utility-based services.
The Role of KIYOSITO 2.0
KIYOSITO 2.0 was conceived as a utility asset intended to provide access to products, services, and initiatives developed by the ecosystem.
These initiatives may include quantitative intelligence platforms, research environments, technologies derived from the MOCK THETA architecture, and other projects that may be developed in the future.
The token becomes an integral component of access, consumption, and utilization of products and services offered within the ecosystem.
Transparency and Responsibility
The transition to KIYOSITO 2.0 will be conducted on the basis of public documentation, previously disclosed criteria, and verifiable on-chain records.
For this purpose, specific documents have been made available containing:
the official snapshot of the historical distribution;
the eligibility criteria;
the migration process;
the frequently asked questions related to the program.
The transparency of the process constitutes a fundamental principle of this new stage.
Building the Future
KIYOSITO 2.0 does not represent a denial of the past.
It represents its evolution.
