Migration Qualification Criteria for KIYOSITO 2.0

Migration to KIYOSITO 2.0 will not be based exclusively on historical token ownership. The migration program was designed to evaluate whether historical token positions qualify for migration according to published criteria, available evidence, and the utility-oriented structure of KIYOSITO 2.0.

During the review process, the following factors may be considered, among others:

Origin of the tokens;

Method of acquisition;

Documented purchase history;

Documented service agreements;

Participation in official distribution programs;

Compliance with migration procedures;

Ability to demonstrate ownership or control of the snapshot wallet;

Information and supporting documents submitted during the migration process.

The following may be considered ineligible, among other cases:

Abandoned wallets or wallets without any claim submitted within the established deadline;

Historical token positions for which the required migration documentation cannot be provided.

Tokens obtained through means incompatible with ecosystem rules;

Requests containing false or misleading information;

Cases in which it is not reasonably possible to determine the origin of the claimed position.

Each migration request will be evaluated according to the published migration criteria and the supporting documentation provided. Qualification determinations will be based on the published migration criteria, the available evidence, and the information submitted by the applicant. Participation in the review process does not constitute a guarantee of approval, migration, or receipt of KIYOSITO 2.0 tokens.
